Pathways to Transition will present strategies and practical advice to youth on the autism spectrum as they begin to transition from adolescence into adulthood.

Topics Include:

  • Stay up-to-date on Autism Speaks Transition initiatives and how they will be helpful to you.
  • Hear from young adults across the spectrum about their transition journey.
  • Learn how to access vocational services while still in school.
  • Connect with local services providers who support transition age-youth.
