Albert & Mackenzie
Annual Charity Drive
Each year, the firm selects a charitable organization, and organizes a firm-wide fundraising effort for that organization. A goal is set, along with a deadline. If the goal is achieved by the deadline date, the firm will provide the Wednesday before Thanksgiving off as an additional holiday (November 25, 2020).
10/23/2020 - The firm has reached our first financial goal a month ahead of deadline! We have the potential to EARN ANOTHER DAY OFF if we can meet our participation goal. We would love to see 75% firm participation. The dollar amount is not as important as the participation. If we reach our second goal we will have December 24th off.
75% = 172 employees participating
We hope this fundraising effort provides a sense of community and involvement, and appreciate all those who are able to participate. Please note that participation is voluntary, and no employee should feel obligated. Yes, you may share the link with family and friends.
In 2019, the employees of the firm came together to raise $7,444 for City of Hope. With the donation match by Albert & Mackenzie, a total of $14,888 was raised towards the efforts!
2020 Fundraising Goal: $5000
Deadline to Reach Goal: November 20, 2020
