Noah Surrounded by Love and Love for Dylan - Why I Walk for Autism Speaks
As you know, my son, Noah and my nephew, Dylan and millions others are diagnosed with Autism. Speaking on behalf of Noah and Dylan, their diagnosis gets them services, it doesn't define who they are.
Noah has just started first grade in a general education class with a 1:1. When he was diagnosed at 26 months, no one would have ever thought that was a possibility. This has become a reality thanks to the absolutely amazing team that is behind Noah providing him therapies both in and out of school as well as being blessed that Noah is the hardest working child I have ever met.
I'm walking to raise funds for the mission of Autism Speaks and for all the children affected by Autism, just like my Noah and my nephew, Dylan. I am walking to raise funds – to fuel innovative research and make connections to critical lifelong supports and services for the autism community. I'm walking to raise funds - so that families don't have to experience what I have for since Noah was diagnosed at 26 months. I'm walking so children can have access to all the services they need to assist them in developing into the best version of themselves they can be, just like Noah.
Please support me by donating and help me meet my fundraising goal. I would also love for you to join our team and come walk with us. You too can make an impact for people and families living with Autism.
Thank you in advance for your continued support of me and my family.
All my love,
