Join our team in walking for Autism! Our team’s purpose in walking is to support children who have Autism. We want the world to know that children with ASD are fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image. ASD is a silent developmental disability, which sometimes is undetectable in appearance. Our team is walking to promote awareness, early detection and early intervention for children who are on the spectrum. If Autism is detected early, intervention will assist the children with services that will help them move forward in their education and ability to be functional individuals in the community. We have to recognize that ALL CHILDREN are our future. There are many unanswered questions regarding Autism. Funding is a key component to diagnosis and treatment for autism.
