Why I Walk for Autism Speaks
IT'S OUR SEVENTH YEAR FRIENDS!
This is one of the most gratifying
journeys in my life so far. I get excited each year for this walk. As you know I walk for my sister Phoenix Hart. My sister Phoenix is pretty amazing, not just because she has Autism, but she has allowed me see the world differently. Phoenix loves to stop and smell the roses, literally. She loves to play in the rain. She has a heart of gold. She's the most honest person I know. I love seeing the world through her eyes. Strides in research for Autism have come a long way but we still have a long way to go. So please join us and making this year even better than the last year.
Autsim has touch our lives and made my entire family stronger. We know the value of fighting for rights to make sure the playing feild is equal. This walk helps us to bring attention to a disorder that effects the lives of so many people. The Autism Walk is just one day, but Autism Spectrum Disorder is a part of lives everyday.
I'm walking to raise funds for the mission of Autism Speaks - to fuel innovative research and make connections to critical lifelong supports and services for the autism community. Please support me by donating and help me meet my fundraising goal - and you, too, can join the team and make an impact for people living with autism!
I earned my Walk Tee Shirt!
