Join us at the 2024 Autism Speaks Advocacy Forum & Hill Day in Washington D.C. This three-day event includes a grassroots conference, Capitol Hill Day and congressional reception on the Hill.

Our Schedule:

  • Monday, March 18 – Our conference day begins at 10am in the Capital Hilton hotel. Guest speakers will guide you through presentations, workshops and discussions on numerous autism policy topics and advocacy skills training. Lunch and afternoon snack are provided while dinner is on your own. However, dinner reservations will be made at an assortment of nearby restaurants so you can sign-up to eat with your fellow advocates at a nearby restaurant.
  • Tuesday, March 19 – Our day will start at the Capital Hilton hotel with breakfast (provided). We will then travel to Capitol Hill for a group photo and meetings with members of Congress and/or their staff. Lunch is on your own. An evening reception will be hosted on the Hill to celebrate our day of advocacy and recognize some of our congressional champions. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served at the reception.
  • Wednesday, March 20 – For the last day of conference programming, we invite you to join us at our new DC office and headquarters (50 F St. NW). Light breakfast pastries, fruit, coffee and tea will be provided. The morning will start with reflections for attendees on their Hill Day meetings followed by discussions of hot topics within the autism community. Official programming will end at 1:00 p.m. We recommend booking your flight or train out for 2:30 p.m. or later.
