Armstrong State University 6th Annual Autism walk in Savannah

Hope. There is something inherently beautiful about the word. For the believer, it is more than merely waiting for a desire to be fulfilled that may or may not happen. The changes in your life may feel like a storm. But like the anchor of a boat, no matter how tumultuous the storms rages above, the anchor continues to hold. God is your anchor so you can strive to be an anchor for your child—consistent, calm, and courageous. As parents we are Autism Strong!

Why We Walk

We walk for Cortney and all who are diagnosed with autism. Did you know every 11 minutes a child is diagnosed with autism. It's time we come together to raise awareness, compassion and hope for the 1 in 88 individuals affected by autism and that one special person who makes a difference is YOU!

Friends, family, and neighbors are all working hard to change the future for those living with autism spectrum disorders. By walking you get us one step closer to finding the causes and treatments for autism, while raising unprecedented support for this complex disorder.

Your generous contribution will help Autism Speaks advance their efforts so families everywhere can finally receive the attention, answers and support they deserve. Thank you for supporting Autism Speaks' mission to change the future for all who struggle with autism spectrum disorders. Together, we will find the missing pieces of the puzzle. Help us support all who are diagnosed with Autism!!
