Join me for a virtual yoga class on World Kindness Day - Friday November 13 from 6:30-7:30 pm
Anyone who cares about someone with autism, come let yourself be cared for on World Kindness Day.
Offer yourself the gift of kindness, take some time to slow down, stretch, and turn inward to nourish your body and soul, with this 60 minute virtual gentle yin yoga class. Yin yoga is a slow pace style of yoga with postures held for a longer period of time. The entire practice is seated and lying down, and allows your body to ease into gentle postures, relieving tight muscles and slowing down a busy mind.
I am a certified yoga teacher and the mom of a son with autism. I know the joys of being a mom and also the understanding of raising a child on the spectrum. Yoga has been so helpful and beneficial in my life and my overall well being. I would love to share this practice with you.
When we take some time to care for ourselves, we can take care of the people we love.
Please have a blanket or yoga mat a few pillows, and maybe a blanket to keep you warm and cozy.
