Meet Braylon! The heartbeat of our family! He’s a lover of all things Mickey Mouse, Monster Trucks, PJ Mask, and a huge Texas Legends fan.  Diagnosed with autism at age 3, Braylon has been defying the odds his whole life.  He is blessed to have a village of family and friends who support him, advocate for him, and love him dearly.  He's been able to have access to all the services he needs including speech therapy, ABA therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy (he's big on therapy!). 

Not every child is as blessed as Braylon to have a loving supportive system and to be able to afford all the services they need. You and I, along with Autism Speaks, can help support the needs of the  more than 70 million people affected by autism. Autism Speaks has met so many milestones – advancing life-enhancing breakthroughs in autism care, providing free personalized support, increasing childhood screening and intervention resources, and working to create a more accepting, understanding and inclusive world for our diverse community. But there is still much more to be done.

Braylon continues to defy the olds. He sings in the choir at church and is a blossoming gymnast.  Support his team Run, Braylon, Run on April 12, 2025 by joining the walk, donating to our team’s fundraising goal, or BOTH!!
