The Potomac Fourth of July 5K is celebrating its 25th anniversary.  We will join the festivities with many others, as we represent Team Ben in Potomac. Tatiana and Alex Prusek joined our team.  They will race with us in Potomac. Ben, Jenn, and the dogs will be walking virtually in Verona.  You are welcome to walk a mile, or a 5K, or a block, to join in the spirit on our country’s birthday.
