Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues, 

I invite you to challenge yourself both physically and mentally on October 19th, 2025. 

 To know one person with Autism is literally to know one person with Autism. 

The truth of the matter is diagnosis is increasing each year. You will undoubtedly know someone with Autism and your children will too. Autism Speaks works on not only initial diagnosis help, but long-term planning care. The movement has shifted to adulthood on the spectrum. Both are very equally important. 

I ask you to either challenge yourself and take it to the limit on 10/19/25 or make a donation to a great cause to help figure out the science of Autism. 

Your support and hopefully participation is greatly appreciated by my family and all the people that I work with at Autism Speaks.
