Dear Family and Friends,

                This has been a year of changes for me and for lots of companies in the world. Lots of companies have gone out of business or cut back on things. This scares me. I don’t like change and all of you know what Disney means to me. It is my happy place, and I always worry about all the negative comments effecting them and forcing them to do cutbacks too. On top of that, Autism Speaks is facing huge cutbacks, they even had to close their services in Canada, this is causing big changes for them too.

                Lately, I have been worrying about what will happen if I have to live alone without Mom and Dad. Will I be able to know how to spend my money or even how to get around or cook? Autism Speaks has programs that could help me with these problems in the future, but they have to be around to do it. I can get financial planning services, job coaching, and even people who will come to help with house things. This is the reason I am running in the Disney Princess 5K Marathon in 2026 for Autism Speaks.

                This year, I changed jobs and now I work in the Hampton Bays Middle School instead of South Fork Bakery. The Bakery would take me back, but more importantly they work with Autism Speaks and their Launch program so that if I need another job in the future they can help me. Programs like this are in DANGER, DANGER!! I really hope my donations help keep some of these things alive and to do that I need your help.
