Goals are what drive us, right?  It has long been a goal of mine to complete the Princess Challenge and run all weekend races held during the WDW Princess Half Marathon Weekend (including my 5th half marathon!) before I turn the big 5-0.  Another personal goal of mine is to raise awareness for Autism, promote advocacy and share resources for those with the disorder and their support systems. 

Please join me in my efforts to support Autism Speaks through the TeamUp program while also accomplishing these personal goals!  I have partnered with this 4-star charity and registered for all weekend races taking place in February 2026.

Autism, or autism spectrum disorder, refers to a range of conditions characterized by challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech and nonverbal communication.

Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the lifespan, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. They empower people with autism and their families with resources, online tools and information covering the life span.
