On Sunday November 2 I am running the 2025 TCS NYC Marathon (sponsored by Mastercard!) to raise money for Autism Speaks. As many of you know, my 13 year old daughter Hadley is on the autism spectrum and I have been honored to serve on the board of Autism Speaks for the past four years. 

Autism Speaks has served as an essential resource for people with autism and their families for more than 20 years. Your contributions will help fund vital resources such as:

• The Autism Response Team which connects people with autism and their families with personalized guidance and resources
• Workplace Inclusion Now which helps employers create inclusive workplaces and hiring practices to ensure meaningful job opportunities for people on the autism spectrum
• Caregiver Skills Training which empowers parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to help the people in their care reach their full potential
