Samuel is a nonverbal autistic 7-year-old. Samuel was diagnosed with autisms spectrum disorder (ASD) at the age of 3.  When we first found out Samuel was diagnosed with ASD it broke our hearts.  Because all we could think of was will Samuel ever become independent, what will his struggles be or what will his future look like. It was challenging and hard!  But Samuel turned it around for us and with time has showed us that we would ALL be Okay!! Thank you, Samuel!

4 years later Samuel continues to strive for his goals, he has made so much progress, both in school and therapy and he is Now trying to speak and is listening more...well at least he sometimes listens. On Saturday, May 2 we will walk with Samuel, for Samuel and those who are like Samuel.
