Alaya's Au-Some Tribe

Recently, Alaya was diagnosed with Autism and global developmental delay. Although we knew there was a possibility of this, the process has been a little overwhelming. Thanks to Autism Speaks  an organization that was very helpful to us, particularly in helping us understand the diagnosis, treatment options and more. So far, Alaya is doing amazing and we are getting her involved with so much. With that being said, we have decided to participate in the Suburban Chicago Autism Walk in Wheaton, IL.

As part of the annual Suburban Chicago Walk, myself and the rest of the family are walking to raise funds for the mission of Autism Speaks - to fuel innovative research and make connections to critical lifelong supports and services for the autism community. We would truly appreciate any level of support you are able to give by donating to help us meet our fundraising goal. Alaya’s Tribe also invites anyone who wants to walk to sign up to join us on 10/22 at Cantigny Park - would love to see you for the walk itself!
