Opening ceremonies begin at 9:00 am

Walk begins at 9:15 am and the event concludes at 11:00 am. 

Xavier Camden Roberts came into our lives on July 30, 2008 and was later diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at age 3.  Since then, it has been a continuous journey of learning and progressing in many different schools and working with numerous speech pathologists and occupational therapists.  We’ve met and connected with so many amazing people along the way and have built lasting friendships and have shared invaluable experiences and resources. We found that Autism affects each person differently but they all require safety, acceptance and a sense of competence and we must also provide them with love, support, and encouragement in the process.


Xavier is now 16 years old and is in the 11th grade.  He enjoys basketball, puzzles, and swimming and has competed in the Winter and Spring Special Olympic Games. He is kind, empathetic, and very active with a great love for animals.
