My son Walker was born with Autism 4 years ago. We noticed something was going on when he didn’t speak. Walker is a very bright, energetic, fun loving child. But he struggles everyday with communication and learning certain skills that a lot of us take for granted. Seeing his frustration and determination to make me understand is an indescribable feeling as his mother. But I am so proud of how hard he works and how far he has come in such a short amount of time. It is for Walker and all other children on this journey that I am walking.
