My name is Monique Johnson and I am the mother of Jarrah Hernandez. Jarrah is 3 years old and will be 4 on December 3rd! On March 8th, 2022 Jarrah was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. From that day until now he has made so much progress. He has gone from pretty much nonverbal to so many words in his vocabulary. Although he still isn’t talking in complete sentences he’s still adding new words to his vocabulary every chance he gets! His favorite thing to do is sing! He can spell his name and is currently learning to write it! Let’s help Jarrah and others like Jarrah reach their full potential by joining his team and donating today! Together, we have the power to enhance the lives of people with autism and make a meaningful difference. Thanks so much for your support!
In addition to coming together in person to help create a world where all people with autism can reach their full potential, each Walk will retain the fun, remote-participation options introduced last year. Your safety is our priority — and no matter how you choose to participate, your support will be recognized and celebrated. Our community is stronger together, and we can't wait to celebrate one another and the amazing impact we are making together for people with autism and their families. Whether near or far, let's rally together on Walk day!
