Our son, Gregory, was diagnosed with autism at age 4, and every day since has been a journey filled with challenges, growth, and incredible moments of joy and discovery. Gregory is a bright, curious, and joyful little boy who LOVES Dinosaurs, Godzilla, and King Kong. His favorite color is pink, and he enjoys being/playing in the pool as well as playing with his three sisters. Over the past year, he’s made incredible progress—thanks to therapy, starting school, and most importantly, us learning to truly see and support him for who he is.
Autism is part of his story, and it’s made our family stronger, more compassionate, and more united. Autism is part of who he is but does not define him and we celebrate every victory—big and small. We’re walking to honor his strength, his unique perspective, and the light he brings into our lives. But we also walk for awareness, understanding, and support—for him and for every child and family navigating this path.
Thank you for standing with us, walking beside us, and believing in a world that embraces neurodiversity and offers every child the chance to thrive.
