This fall marks my 8th year walking for Autism Speaks - a tradition that's become deeply personal and meaningful to me. I walk for my amazing nephew, Cliffy, who is turning 10 this year, I just can't believe it.
Cliffy is truly one of a kind. His imagination is boundless, his questions are thoughtful, and his heart is incredibly kind. Over the years, Cliffy has taught me so much - about curiosity, resilience, and the importance of meeting others where they are. Because of him, I've learned to be more open-minded, patient, and flexible in how I communicate and connect with others.
Walking for Autism Speaks is my way of giving back - of helping ensure that the neurodiverse community continues to receive the support, resources, and acceptance they deserve. The world is a better place when we champion neurodiversity and make space for all minds to thrive.
Many of you have generously supported my walk in the past, and I can't thank you enough. This year, I'm trying to expand my reach and bring more people into this mission. If you believe in the power of awareness and inclusion, I'd be so grateful if you'd consider donating - or even just sharing my fundraiser with someone who might.
