The Wolcott Commission for Individual's with Special Needs was created to meet the needs of those with autism and other disabilities within the Wolcott community. We aim to make every individual feel included and heard and provide them with a safe space to thrive. This year, Rainbow Day Camp's counselors, campers, families, and friends would like to come together and fundraise for this event, ending with a walk on November 2nd in Hartford.
