I cannot use mouth words, and I use voice output. I didn?t know what I wanted to say at first, but Autism Speaks inspired me and is still amplifying my voice.  I have been involved with Autism Speaks for 5 years. Mom says my father would be proud of me.

I love my father very much. He died in the World Trade Center attacks 24 years ago. People say my father loved to connect with me when I was little. He would say he wanted time for ?bonding,? like floating in the pool, or sharing and using signs for potato chips. I miss him very much. 

Autism Speaks is not one thing, and it is not for just one kind of autism. It?s for inclusion. I have found many things to like and tell others about in Autism Speaks.
