Michael graduated Middle School this year and has just started his high school journey! He is a top student, a hard worker, a great friend, a comedian and prankster and he loves swimming in the ocean and surfing. I've watched him continue to thrive and succeed and am so proud to be his mother. Each year this Walk serves as a milestone marker for the many mountains he has climbed. The beginning of this journey was marked with diagnoses, therapies, sign language and meltdowns. The team name comes from his first catch phrase when he didn't want to do therapy any more - Awww Done Peeze! Michael is quite the comedian and so much fun to be around. The one thing that hasn't changed is the imprint he leaves on the hearts of everyone who knows Michael.
