May 1, 2023 changed everything for us, but also, everything stayed exactly the same. For those of you who don't know, Sean and I are proud parents of child with ASD. He is one of the 3 lights in our life! Prior to this, we knew Jameson had autism, but to hear it become official is a gut punch. No one wants to hear their child is anything but perfect. But he is, he's still the perfect little boy he always was. While this diagnosis is a challenging journey for our family, we wouldn't have it any other way. We are proud of the amazing growth our son continues to make on a daily basis and are so grateful for the wonderful teacher, therapists, and paraprofessionals who support him. You never realize how large your village is until you have a non-speaking child with Autism. We love each and every one of you.
