Together, we can accomplish amazing things for people living with autism. Join the team and begin helping us bring awareness and support to those who have family members and friends who know someone or have a child or relative with autism.

I am doing this walk for my nephew Jacob Pedro, he is the reason why i named the team (Team JP). He is my inspiration. My nephew Jacob is a blessing to my family. Jacob was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the tender age of one years old. Jacob has overcome many challenges growing up but he overcame those difficulties with help from many therapist and programs. Today Jacob is going to be 11 years old and very smart and bright. Pretty much challenging his teachers.

Autism isn't just a learning disorder, or a disability, it’s a daily challenge and learning experience for everyone not just the child or adult. Daily there is light shining onto the spectrum, it’s no longer a stigma. People are now learning to embrace and understand what autism spectrum disorder is all about due to the programs that are out there, everyday people are educating themselves about the spectrum. So please help me shine a little bit more light and help those families in need.
