Hi, Zahir’s Village and I, Victoria DeWindt will be fundraising and walking for all children and adults diagnosed with autism. Zahir’s Village team is a support system of family,friends and new faces in our community. Together we will support families with autism.

I am walking for my 8 year old son Zahir Israel. Zahir was diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) along with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)  after early intervention as a toddler. Together we share love, patience, understanding and acceptance to walk side by side with Zahir and other great super hero with autism. Giving this great opportunity to give back. Showing why we walk. We will walk with you through doctors visits.We walk with you though IEP School transitions settings and life changes. We are your village! We are just a phone call away. We’re your shoulder to lean on. It is our job to encourage, listen and understand your needs. To educate ourselves in your journey. This walk is to give back to children and adults with autism. Showing there is no limits on what you can accomplish in your life. We are here to help you overcome any fear or obstacles in your journey. We are here to help you embrace any changes in your life. We walk beside you, making sure you know that you will succeed. You will make everyone proud…and have a wonderful future ahead.
