There is someone very special in my life who has autism, and to me, he is the most extraordinary person in the world. He brings so much light, love, and joy to everyone around him. His uniqueness is what makes him shine, and every day, he teaches us the true meaning of resilience, understanding, and compassion.

  Autism is a part of him, but it doesn’t define who he is. His heart, kindness, and warmth are what truly speak the loudest. It’s because of him that Autism Speaks is such a close cause to me – it's not just about awareness, but about acceptance, love, and support for all those who, like him, have their own beautiful, different way of experiencing the world.

    I am so proud to walk this journey for him and continue advocating for the understanding and support that every individual with autism deserves. He is the light in everyone’s life, and I’m endlessly grateful for him.

   Today, over 70 million children and adults are affected by autism. Each of them, have unique strengths, challenges and potential. Autism Speaks will be there for them. You and I can be too.
