We're walking to raise funds for the mission of Autism Speaks - to fuel innovative research and make connections to critical lifelong supports and services for the autism community. We're walking for my son John who was diagnosed at age 10 1/2 years old. We want to help Autism Speaks to help the world to understand that our children are not different, they are them, special and all the wonderfulness they are.
