Today, over 70 million children and adults are affected by autism. Many more go undiagnosed each year, either because they are on the spectrum and it is unknown to them or their families for years, due to a lack of knowledge and resources. Each of the individuals affected has unique strengths, challenges, and potential. I have gotten to know some of the most amazing people in my life who are autistic through the work I have been blessed to do at the school. Autism Speaks is here to help these individuals, and THIS is how we can help, too!!
