I walk for my oldest son, Ben. He’s an inspiration and testament as to what power inclusion of ASD kids and their access to ABA services have helped him and our family. I remember thinking my son would never communicate or say “mom”. With the power of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy at his day program Including Kids and Autism Speaks resources and the community - we can give Ben the bright future he deserves. Not all families with children on the spectrum have access or knowledge of services available - but all people on the spectrum deserve those services that are unique to their needs. That’s my why. 

It’s only through the dedicated support of people like us that Autism Speaks can continue their vital mission work. Each year, the Autism Speaks Autism Response Team makes direct contact with tens of thousands of individuals looking for advice or guidance and more than one million people access their free nationwide autism services and resources.
