Help us reach our goal!

In addition to coming together in person to help create a world where all people with autism can reach their full potential, each Walk will retain the fun, remote-participation options introduced last year. Your safety is our priority — and no matter how you choose to participate, your support will be recognized and celebrated. Our community is stronger together, and we can't wait to celebrate one another and the amazing impact we are making together for people with autism and their families. Whether near or far, let's rally together on Walk day!

Team Mighty Mike

As team captain of Team Mighty Mike, I am proud to say we have raised more than $25,000 on behalf of 20-year old Michael Hansen throughout the past 15 years. We hope our 16th year in 2024 is just as successful, but we need your help!

We earn funds through such events as:

  • Gilmour Academy's Swing for a Solution - sponsored by the softball team
  • Gilmour Academy's Skate for a Solution - sponsored by the boys prep hockey team

We accept donations for these events throughout the year, not just on the actual event date. If you would like to make a donation or find out more about these events, please contact Kristy Angelo at booherk@gilmour.org. We could not do this without your support!

You may also donate independently of these events on behalf of Team Mighty Mike.

We appreciate your support, along with the help of the following individuals who assist in the events: Bob and Debbie Booher; Mike and Lindsay Chiellino; Laurie Gajda; Mandy Hansen; Andy and Mary Ann Miller.
