This fundraiser is very special to me because it is close to home. My granddaughter Addison is a bright, beautiful 8yr old who has Autism. She is non-verbal. She is enrolled in a school for Autistic children and she is working with speech and occupational therapists. Organizations like Autism Speaks make this possible.

This little girl has so much support and love from her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. We all just want to see her learn and grow. Because she is not able to speak and express herself, when she’s sad, when she’s confused, when she’s hungry, we all have to be her voice. We have to help her be heard!
