My 5K Walk for Autism Speaks

This year, I?m participating in the Autism Speaks 5K Walk for a cause that is very close to my heart my son has autism.

Every day, I see his unique strengths, challenges, and incredible potential. He inspires me to walk, to raise awareness, and to help build a world where people with autism can truly thrive.

Today, more than 70 million children and adults worldwide are affected by autism. Autism Speaks is there for them and I want to be there too. Through their Autism Response Team, they connect with tens of thousands of families in need of guidance each year. More than one million people access their free nationwide services and resources, and they continue to invest in groundbreaking research that leads to more personalized treatments and therapies.
