Parking:
Parking is not available on-site. You can find parking in nearby garages. The Connecticut Convention Center Garage is the closest to the event site.

We're excited to announce our celebrity emcee — Renee DiNino, host of Hello Connecticut and Amazing 59 Duos! 

Be sure to get a photo with the mascot of the Hartford Yard Goats, double-A minor league baseball team!

You'll also have the chance to meet Sonar, the mascot of the Hartford Wolf Pack, on the road from today to forever!

Quiet area:

We know that the environment at large events can be overwhelming for people with sensory sensitivities. All Autism Speaks Empower Walk & 5K events offer a quiet space for anyone who wishes to use it. Volunteers will be on hand to direct you to the Quiet Tent.
